  •          7% increase in the numberof children achieving GLD  -55% achieving GLD compared with 48 % in 2017.
  •          A higher % of girls achieved GLD compared to boys.
  •          Disadvantaged children did better than other children with a higher % of disadvantaged children achieving a GLD. This is also an increase of + 18% from 2017 when 42%  of disadvantaged children achieved a GLD compared to 60% in 2018 and nearly double 2016’s result of 33% for this group. The Gap in 2018 is +10% .This is a result of early interventions and high levels of quality adult support for these vulnerable children
  •          High SEND percentage 28% impacts dramatically on data as 71% of children without SEND achieved GLD which is in line with last year’s EYFS National percentage for GLD.
  •          (11/18) 61% of children who attended Riverside F1 achieved ELG compared with (5/11) 45% who came from other settings GAP of +16

  •          This cohort achieved only achieved 48% GLD at the end of F2 and also has a high % of SEND with over a quarter of the cohort being on the SEND register.
