We have been looking at different forms of exercise that you can access at home and have attached them below, please send your videos (you don't have to) to @Riverside_Pri twitter account and use the hashtag #AlwaysARiversider.

Thanks everyone, remember to keep safe and continue to keep your exercise up.

Finally, we strongly recommend in you all taking part in yoga atleast once a day, but this isn't any kind of yoga; this is Cosmic Kids Yoga!
Stories are told as you take part, video games are played  ; and you even get to be a Pokémon in one video!
Please search for Cosmic Kids on YouTube and you will see all of the different varieties that are on offer!
Enjoy and take care guys xx
Hello Riverside, we hope you have had a fantastic Easter! This week we have come up with exercise routine’s which we hope you will find useful, you do not need a lot of space for this and you can do this routine wherever you find comfortable.
Like mentioned in Miss Williams’ video one round is that you take part in the routine just one time, 2 rounds is you take part in the routine twice and so on.
Can I just mention that when coming onto the shoulder touches the younger children will need to do this by bending their legs and kneeling on their knees rather than a push up position as shown in the video . Also, can I remind girls if they are doing routines at home and using press ups  please DONT use full press ups from a plank position (only from your knees and legs crossed at the back). This is because of the age of the girls and that this can damage girls pelvis’s so please be sensible.
Any questions please email us, lots of love Mr Walsh and Miss Williams.

Are you up for a challenge ?
One of your challenges this week is to ‘Keepy up your spirit.’
By this we mean how many keepy ups you can do!
You can use absolutely anything, balloons, tennis balls; anything !
Good luck guys and don’t forget to tag yourselves in the Riverside twitter page with #AlwaysARiversider.
