Our parent portal is now open on the Arbor app

We are delighted to let you know that you are now able to log into Arbor to see information about your child/ren.

To log in, go to https://riverside-primary.uk.arbor.sc and click on the 'First Time Logging In' link.

Add in your email address (the one that this email has been sent to) and you will then receive a further email (it may be delivered to your spam inbox so please check there) telling you how to set your password and log in - you will need the date of birth of one of your children who attends Riverside Primary School to complete your registration.

NB. Both parents/carers can register - we just need to ensure we have an email address for both parents.

If you have any problems logging in or viewing your child's details, it may just be that a few details need tweaking our side of things so we should be able to rectify that for you quite easily.

Once you have completed the registration process you can download the Arbor app for use on mobile devices - log into the Parent Portal app using your user name and password. Using the app will mean we are able to contact you free of charge, more easily. We do highly recommend using the app to amend or update your child's details as the app is much easier to navigate than the website.

After you have logged in, please check that all of your child's personal details, emergency contacts and meal patterns/preferences are correct for September 2020. You will also be able to consent to various items through the portal that you would normally have had to do on the paper forms. Medical conditions and dietary requirements can also be updated using the app.

From September, ALL payments will need to be made through Arbor; we will not be accepting cash. We are looking into the possibility of getting a card machine in school, but for now, we are encouraging all parents to pay for After school club / Breakfast Club / Dinners / Nursery / school trips etc. through Arbor.

There are different options for payment so please check carefully before proceeding. There are separate payments set for the first child / siblings in breakfast club and a separate payment section if some of your fees are paid with the Childcare Grant through your university / college.

From September, we will not be allowing drop offs on the day for Breakfast club or After school club. All places MUST be booked through the parent portal.

Booking for both Breakfast Club and After school club will open at 9am on Tuesday 1st September.

If you had a set day for After school club last year that will still stand, however, you must still book that place through the parent portal as that is where all registers and bookings are taken.

We will be using Arbor for all of our parent/carer communications, parents evening appointments and more from September so it is vital that your details are kept up to date.

If you have any problems using any feature of the parent portal, please contact the school office as soon as possible so we can look into this for you.
